The phenomenon of "bucket retraction not in place" means that the retraction limit block on the bucket cannot contact the boom and the retraction angle does not reach the specified value after the working device of the loader works for a period of time.
The occurrence of this phenomenon is mainly caused by insufficient strength of the structural parts in the working device and plastic deformation. When we design the working device, the strength of the working device is often analyzed when the loader is fully loaded during the insertion of the material, and we often think that under this working condition, the working device is the most stressed. In fact, it is not. Based on our work experience, we have analyzed that there are several situations that have been ignored by us in the plastic deformation conditions, and they are hereby put forward so that everyone can consider the structural strength of the working device in future design work.
The first situation:
When designing the working device, in order to prevent the loader from scattering materials when transporting materials, the hinge point position of the tipping Cylinder and the front frame is adjusted to make the working device from the ground bucket position to the highest point of the specified transportation position. Arc movement, the bucket retracting limit block of the bucket is always close to the boom, which can protect the working device from impact and prevent the material from falling, and it can simplify the operation of the driver. After the bucket is not collected on the ground, When it reaches the transportation position, perform the closing action again. This function is what we often call the "stop function".
Through the movement trajectory, we found that if the working device with this function is not restricted by the bucket retracting block, the working device will move from the bucket retracting position on the ground to the highest point of the specified transportation position. The relative included angle of the arms gradually decreases. In actual work, due to the restriction of the bucket retracting block, the bucket forces the tie rod to pull the rocker arm, pressing the tipping cylinder piston rod back. The tipping cylinder piston rod is pressed back through the tipping cylinder front cavity filling valve to feed oil, and the rear cavity relief valve to return oil. Generally speaking, the opening pressure of the back cavity relief valve is 1.25 times the system pressure of the working Hydraulic System. Therefore, in the circular arc movement of the working device from the ground bucket position to the highest point of the specified transportation position, there may be a little bit of the pulling force received by the tie rod and the bending moment of the rocker arm than the corresponding ground excavation conditions. The force is still great.
The second case:
When the working device is unloading at the highest point, the user often manipulates the tipping bucket cylinder to make a violent collision with the bucket limit block and the boom in order to discharge cleanly. After a long time, there will be a concave on the bucket limit block and the boom. The unloading angle of the bucket has far exceeded the design value. At this time, the linkage mechanism of the working device is close to a dead point, that is, the three points A, B, and C become almost a straight line. At this time, the working device retracts the bucket and pulls the rod. And the rocker arm will receive infinite tension. In order to prevent this phenomenon, the most effective way is to weld the unloading limit block between the rocker arm and the boom to avoid excessive impact between the bucket and the boom.
There are some other common faults in the working device, such as the bending of the piston rod of the cylinder, the asynchronous working of the cylinder, the cracking of the boom beam, etc. Due to the limited space, I will not describe it here.
