Matched with the ZL30 loader, this gearbox has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work, convenient operation and high transmission efficiency. After the gearbox is matched with a Torque Converter, it is used for the power transmission of four-wheel drive construction machinery (such as loaders) with frequent load and speed changes. The BYD4208 type gearbox is fixed-shaft, hydraulic shifting, and is suitable for ZL30 loaders. High and low gear conversion adopts mechanical Pull Rod fork type operation, and when high and low gear conversion, the power must be cut off before proceeding.

Working Principle
1. The manual gearbox is mainly composed of gears and shafts, which generate variable speed and torque through different gear combinations; while the automatic gearbox AT is composed of a hydraulic torque converter, planetary gears and a hydraulic control system, which is transmitted through hydraulic power and gear combinations. Way to achieve variable speed and torque.
2. The hydraulic torque converter is the most characteristic component of AT. It is composed of pump wheels, turbines, guide wheels and other components, which directly input Engine power to transmit torque and clutch.
3. If liquid is used to replace air as the medium for transmitting kinetic energy, the pump wheel will drive the turbine to
rotate through the liquid, and then a guide wheel is added between the pump wheel and the turbine to improve the efficiency of liquid transmission. Because the torque converter automatic transmission torque conversion range is not large enough and the efficiency is low.

Main Function
1.Change the transmission ratio between the engine and the driving wheels.
