ZL50D-2 Gearbox Part Transmission is composed of two main parts
1. the hydraulic Torque Converter;
2. the rear-mounted counter shaft transmission with multi-sheet friction clutch.
1).The hydraulic torque converter is a kind of hydraulic transmission component. It is an element that transfers power by means of high-speed movement of liquid. Its working characteristic is that the speed and torque at the input end are basically constant, while the speed and torque at the output end can be greater than, equal to or less than the speed and torque at the input end, and the output speed and output torque can vary with the load of the driven machine. Continuously adjust changes automatically. Because the hydraulic torque converter has the functions of stepless speed change and torque change, it is widely used as a transmission device between various power machines and working machines.
2). Manual transmission is also called mechanical transmission.
