Symptoms of aging or broken valve oil seal

1. The engine burns oil and emits blue smoke.

2. The spark plug has serious carbon deposits and the engine power drops.

3. The decrease of airtightness leads to insufficient Cylinder pressure and engine power decrease.

4. The oil consumption is accelerated, and in severe cases, it will directly cause the engine to burst due to the failure of lubrication and cooling.

Causes of oil leakage of oil seal aging

1. Reasons for assembly: When assembling, if the threads or splines are not aligned, the misplaced Teeth will leak oil due to poor sealing performance, and the oil seal itself will be damaged.

2. Material problem: The tightness of the spring does not meet the process requirements, and if it is too tight, it will cause improper fit of the rotating shaft of the oil seal and abnormal wear.
