Comparison of XCMG 500KL and 500K

XCMG 500KL is an upgraded product of 500K. 500KL is equipped with Weichai Landking second-generation low-speed fuel-saving Engine, but fuel-saving engine may soon replace ordinary engines

1. The 500KL is equipped with a Weichai WD10G220E23 engine with a speed of 2000 rpm. 500K is equipped with WD10G220E21 model, 2200 rpm speed, XCMG official said that 500KL and 500K work under the same working conditions, 500KL will save about 3 liters of fuel per hour than 500K theoretically.
2. Counterweight: The 500K counterweight is not as heavy as the 500KL, and the overall feeling is a bit smaller. XCMG designers may consider that the 500K counterweight is not very good, so the 500KL has been improved and made heavier , But when this 500K is working, it can be seen that the work is relatively stable, and there will be no warping of PP, because this 500K is equipped with a 4-square Bucket, so it seems that the 3-square bucket is naturally more stable
3. Engine: There is still a certain difference in details between high-speed engine and low-speed engine. The air pump of the high-speed engine is installed on the left side of the engine and connected to the fuel injection pump. The right side is empty and exhausted.
