2. Can't get into gear after braking

In the non-braking state, the Brake Valve stem should be connected to the upper and lower oil passages under the action of the spring, and the valve stem sealing cavity is connected to the oil tank, and the pressure oil from the pressure regulating valve enters the shift through the upper and lower oil passages. The clutch working Cylinder enables the shift clutch to be engaged. If the brake valve rod is stuck or the spring cannot return, the upper and lower oil passages are blocked, the pressure oil from the pressure regulating valve cannot enter the shift clutch working cylinder, the shift clutch cannot be engaged, and the loader will The above phenomenon occurs. The reason for the sticking of the valve stem is generally caused by the dirty hydraulic oil or the damage of the Y-type sealing ring in the valve body; the spring cannot be returned because the spring is deformed, bent or broken.
