ZLF25A Flow Amplifying Valve suitable for XCMG XGMA SDLG wheel loader

This is a flow amplification valve, which is roughly the same as the distribution valve. Some distribution valves rely on a soft shaft to push the stem, while the flow amplification valve relies on hydraulic oil to push the stem. After we removed the end cap, we saw the spring and control stem of the overflow valve.
The high-pressure oil pumped by the steering pump is divided into three ways, one to the main valve stem, one to the overflow valve, and one to the steering gear. As the Engine speed increases, the hydraulic oil pressure pumped out also increases. When a part of the pressure oil exceeds the regulation, it will push the slider to move backward and overflow the hydraulic oil back to the tank. The second half is to keep the hydraulic oil pressure not lower than the specified value. Therefore, the function of the relief valve is to maintain the pressure of the oil inlet while draining the oil.
Main valve stem. Turn the hydraulic oil in the steering wheel of the steering wheel to enter the left or right side, push the valve stem to move, and the hydraulic oil enters the valve stem from the main inlet to control the steering Cylinder. It is the same principle as the Bucket valve stem in the distribution valve, and there is a spring at the back to automatically return to the center. So this flow amplifying valve uses low pressure and small oil volume to control the movement of the main valve stem, allowing more high pressure and large volume oil to enter the cylinder, just like the pilot-type distribution valve.
Most of the 50 loaders or small 20 loaders on the market are designed with priority valves. The principle is the same as that of the flow amplification valve. It's just the priority valve, which directly controls the steering gear, and then the steering gear controls the steering cylinder.
